Terence
Terence - Veterinary Technician

With over eight years of experience as a veterinary technician, Terence combines scientific expertise with a passion for wildlife conservation and adventure. He is also a kayak tour guide in the Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge, and he shares Florida’s unique ecosystems with others while promoting respect for native species. Outside of work, he cares for a collection of exotic reptiles—including giant tortoises and a large monitor lizard and spends his free time herping and exploring the natural world.

Alyssa
Alyssa - Veterinary Technician

With years of experience in animal welfare, Alyssa is a dedicated Veterinary Technician and current Animal Services Officer serving the community of Orange County. Her work focuses on protecting and advocating for both animals and the people who care for them, blending compassion with hands-on expertise. Alyssa is also an active animal foster for two local shelters, providing temporary homes and care for animals in need. Her commitment to animal health and safety extends beyond her professional life — she loves spending her free time boating with her family or hiking the trails with her two dogs by her side.

Lori
Lori - Veterinary Technician
Lori first started working in the veterinary medicine field in 2023. Originally from Miami, Lori now lives in Merritt Island with her five cats and three dogs. Her love for animals was cultivated by her father who would bring all different types of animals home since Lori was a child and is ultimately what got her mind set on entering the veterinary world. On her free time Lori enjoys reading, spending time with her pets, and enjoying nature by going to parks and beaches.
Regan
Regan - Veterinary Technician
Regan began her career in vet medicine in 2026, turning her lifelong love of animals into a passion for helping pets and the people who care for them. Her animal-care experience also includes working in the equestrian field with horses, donkeys, and mini horses. She enjoys learning new skills and continuing to grow her knowledge and experience in veterinary medicine.

Outside of work, Regan enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, and caring for her own dogs and cats. Her compassion for animals and dedication to their health and well-being make her a valued member of our veterinary team.

Heidi
Heidi - CVT
Heidi is a Certified Veterinary Technician whose knowledge, experience, and dedication make her a valued member of the ACC team. She specializes in urgent and emergency care and is also a partner at a local emergency veterinary hospital. Her extensive experience allows her to remain calm under pressure while providing compassionate, high-quality care to every patient. Outside of work, Heidi enjoys spending time with her husband, her beloved pets, and the rest of her family.

Haley - CSR / Veterinary Assistant
Haley began her career in the veterinary field in 2022, driven by a genuine passion for helping animals and the people who love them. She takes pride in creating a warm, compassionate environment where both pets and their owners feel supported and cared for. Outside of the clinic, Haley is a proud mother to her daughter, who inspires her every day. Her love for family and animals continues to motivate her to grow and provide the best care possible.

Although newer to veterinary medicine, Angelica brings a genuine passion for animals and a warm, caring presence to the team. She shares her home with four dogs she considers her own children, which reflects just how deeply her love for animals runs. With strong organizational and communication skills, she helps create a smooth, positive experience for clients and their pets alike!
